Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

1. general

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We have a right to decline refunds for products showing signs of damage or excessive wear. 

 

To speed up the returns process, if the product does not fit well we can offer the correct sized product for 50% of the price, while the customer keeps the original product. This way the need to ship the product back is eliminated and the whole process is sped up. Please contact us at hustletone1@gmail.com with your name and order number to start this process.

Returns sent without first contacting our customer service department will not be accepted.

Please note the buyer is responsible for paying the cost of return shipments.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. exchanges

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer exchanges, but please note it is something we are working on. 

4. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
